Dale Booth is a highly experienced executive with a proven track record in leading businesses to achieve financial and operational success.. He has successfully led private equity backed and publicly traded middle market companies with revenues from $40M to $2B. Booth’s leadership assignments span the manufacturing, distribution, telecommunications, technology, and services industries and have included key wins at Daisytek, a $2 billion publicly held global distributor of data storage products, NextiraOne (now Blackbox), a $650 million provider of unified business communications solutions to the large enterprise client market, Telcove (now Level3) a $300m fiber based CLEC, Riverstone Networks (now Alcatel-Lucent) and Virgin Islands Telephone Company (now ICC). 

Booth’s professional career also includes fourteen years with Fujitsu Network Communications, a $3 billion provider of telecommunications products and services where he held numerous executive roles including Services Division President, Chief Information Officer and Chief Quality Officer. Booth started his career with InteCom, a pioneer in the development of TDM and IP based telecom products.

Booth has won numerous industry awards and accolades and his insights and advice are widely respected. He has served on numerous public and private company boards in the U.S. and abroad and is an NACD Board Leadership Fellow. Booth earned his engineering degree with honors from DeVry University and completed his postgraduate studies at Wharton and the University of Chicago, Graduate School of Business.
